The guy and lady I was dealing with seen that I was so disappointed in that, because I put my order in for them 4 days ahead. The guy just was so sincere while apologizing. The lady stred getting my prime rib together and she asked if I would like for her to get a shank off of the meat in the case. I left as a very satisfied customer!! Now that is customer service!
